Since interning in the Talent Team at TradeMe, Helena was sold on a career in Recruitment! After several years in HR in public service, she moved to the fabulous Hawkes Bay to marry the love of her life, and entered the world of tech Recruitment for a global proptech company where she first met Gabi who went on to found Emerging Engines a couple years later! After a secondment to the London office, she moved back to Hawkes Bay and she turned she hand to high volume recruitment in horticulture before having their son.
Now she gets to help companies upskill with best practice Recruitment processes as well as hiring epic talent - all while working flexibly around our her family! If she’s not at her desk, she’ll be baking sourdough, out for a walk around the orchards by her house, or playing board games with friends!
