Catherine is a passionate people focused leader who believes in creating workplaces where individuals thrive, leaders grow, and organisations succeed through culture, wellbeing, and engagement. With experience leading teams and shaping workplace culture across tech, consulting, and corporate environments, Catherine focuses on the full employee experience by building engagement, supporting wellbeing, and developing leaders to reach their potential. With the majority of her career being in New Zealand, Catherine has been living in the States for the past four years. Now she has returned home to beautiful Wanaka where she is excited to enable more Kiwi organisations and people to thrive.
